Leon Slater Speaks After TNA Title Win, Accomplishes Goal Five Years Early

Leon Slater made history at TNA Bound For Glory, becoming the youngest TNA Champion in history by defeating Nic Nemeth in the main event.

After the event went off the air, Slater addressed the crowd.

Slater said that he continued to gain experience every time he applied for a job and never gave up on his dream. He spoke to everyone in the audience and at home, no matter where they are in the life, “The world is yours.”

On social media, Slater continued his reflection, bringing up a tweet he sent five years ago where he said he would be champion in ten years.

“I Posted this 5 years ago
2 years before I was signed to a major company
I was right
If you can see it
Speak it
And with hard work it will come
THANK YOU ALL
YOUNGEST WORLD CHAMPION IN PRO WRESTLING HISTORY”
