Bobby Lashley became WWE Champion on Monday night, defeating the Miz. This isn't his first rodeo with top gold, holding the TNA World Championship and the ECW World Championship. One of the men that helped him get there in his most recent run congratulated him on his success.
Lio Rush briefly, but memorably managed Bobby Lashley between 2018 and 2019 as his "hype man," before returning to full-time in ring competition. Shortly after Lashley's big victory, Rush, now an MLW and NJPW star, gave fans a taste of the familiar chant that so many missed.

These days, Lashley is managed by MVP, who was also by his side during Lashley's TNA glory days. Lio Rush is competing on NJPW Strong, and taking Major League Wrestling, AAA ang Game Changer Wrestling by storm.
