Lio Rush Scores Victory Over Kyle Christie On MTV's The Challenge, Christie Comments On WWE Future

The latest season of The Challenge is in the books and this season featured a wrestling tie in as Lio Rush was a competitor on the show.

Unfortunately, Lio left on episode six due to personal issues. However, he did compete in a wrestling match against Kyle Christie.

During The Challenge Reunion Part 2, unseen footage aired of Lio and Kyle having a mini-wrestling match outside of the match. Kyle "landed" a couple of punches before Lio picked him up and hit a running Death Vallley Driver onto a giant pad.

At the reunion, Kyle was asked by host Vernon Davis, "How fun was your WrestleMania debut against Lio?"

He replied, "I've always dreamed about being a WWE wrestler."

When asked what his name would be, he said, "The K-Dizzle. My special move is the K-Train."

Ashley Mitchell commented, "I've been on that train. It's very quick."

Kyle had to tap out from The Challenge after suffering a finger injury during Hall Brawl.

The Challenge topped Wednesday nights on cable in the 18 to 49 demographic throughout the season, but part two of the reunion was defeated by AEW Dynamite, which scored its first number one ranking since premiering in October 2019.
