Lola Vice Comments On Ladder Incident At WWE Money In The Bank: “It Hurt A Lot & Was Very Scary”

Lola Vice speaks about the incident.
One of the marquee bouts at the 2026 WWE Money in the Bank Premium Live Event was the women’s Money in the Bank Ladder match.
Among the participants were Lola Vice and WWE Women’s United States Champion Jacy Jayne. There was a point in the bout when the two talents were trading blows on the same side of a ladder. Vice put Jayne in a chokehold, and then they fell onto a ladder that was propped up by the middle ring rope and the ladder they were standing on.
Vice and Jayne bounced off the ladder, but it shifted and then sent them both out of the ring and onto the floor. Vice commented on the incident during her appearance on WWE Ahora (translation by Fightful’s Luis Pulido).
“I had Jacy (Jayne) in a choke and when I put her to sleep, she fell back and I fell with her. I thought that was the end of it, but suddenly the ladder went backwards, and literally, it got us out of the ring. Because of that, I didn’t win Money in the Bank. It hurt a lot and was very scary, but looking back, thank God it came out like this because it could have been very ugly. I think an injury in a Ladder match would have been rough. They are not for everyone, but thank God I’m strong and I was able to do it.”
THIS WAS BRUTAL 😬
