Ludwig Kaiser’s Defense Given Access To Medical Records
Court records show that the defense team for Ludwig Kaiser (Marcel Barthel) has been given access to the medical records of the alleged victim.
A new filing was made on October 26 that read, “COMES NOW, the State of Florida, by and through the undersigned Assistant State Attorney [Juanda Padgett] and hereby makes the following information available to the defense and states as follows: Please provide a blank DVD for copy of Redacted Medical Records. Upon receipt a copy will be made and sent to your office via US mail.”
Kaiser’s team was previously given access to photo evidence of the alleged victim in the case.
A pre-trial conference is scheduled for December 17.
Ludwig Kaiser was arrested in May on a battery charge stemming from an incident in April where he allegedly punched a man in an elevator.
Kaiser, who portrays El Grande Americano on WWE TV, has continued to wrestle as the case is ongoing.
