Marigold’s Seri Yamaoka Undergoes Successful Surgery For Dislocated Shoulder, Expected To Be Out Six Months

A long recovery ahead for Seri Yamaoka.
The 19-year-old Dream Star Fighting Marigold talent Seri Yamaoka suffered a dislocated shoulder during a championship match in late May 2026.
Her injury was diagnosed as traumatic shoulder instability. She has since undergone arthroscopic stabilization surgery, and her recovery timeline is six months.

Yamaoka got her start in pro wrestling with Marigold in 2024. She has wrestled in nearly 150 matches thus far in her career. She held the British Empire Women’s World Title and was a holder of the Marigold Twin Star Championship.
