Mark Henry doesn't know how to take it easy.
Henry wears many hats in AEW, from letting fans know when it's time for the main event to helping with community outreach, and recently he stepped back in the ring to do a little training.
On Busted Open Radio, Henry revealed that he got back in the ring and tried to pick up where he left off.
"I recently got in the ring and started working with the big guys. Right now, I'm still in pain. As your girl Janet said to me, 'don't get in there, in the ring, and lose your mind.' I only know one way. I did get in there and lose my mind and I'm beat up. I think I'm gonna have to have surgery on my shoulder," he said.
It is unknown if Henry will undergo shoulder surgery.
Henry has said in the past that he would like to have one more match and hopes that match happens in Texas for AEW.
AEW will return to Texas for two events in March.
