Mark Henry To Officiate Arm Wrestling Match, Drew McIntyre Opening 8/24 WWE Raw

An arm wrestling match is set to take place on the first Raw at the ThunderDome.

It was announced that Mark Henry will officiate an arm wrestling match between United States Champion Apollo Crews and Bobby Lashley. This comes after Crews defeated MVP at SummerSlam to retain the United States title.

From WWE:

After overcoming MVP at SummerSlam to retain the United States Championship, Apollo Crews must now test his strength against ?The All Mighty? Bobby Lashley ? with a WWE Hall of Famer presiding, as ?The World?s Strongest Man? Mark Henry will officiate an Arm Wrestling Competition between Crews and Lashley tonight on Raw.

Crews is already more than familiar with Lashley?s brute power after being put on the shelf earlier this summer by Lashley?s devastating Full Nelson.

Henry figures to help keep order with the rest of The Hurt Business likely not far behind, but can Crews withstand Lashley?s indomitable strength?

Also, WWE Champion Drew McIntyre will open Raw tonight, fresh off his title defense against Randy Orton at SummerSlam.

From WWE:

One night after vanquishing The Legend Killer at SummerSlam, Drew McIntyre will open Raw tonight.

The WWE Champion called the victory over Randy Orton the most satisfying moment of his career. After The Apex Predator left numerous icons in his wake, McIntyre came into the WWE ThunderDome determined to halt his path of destruction. McIntyre?s pride in his accomplishment was evident in his eyes as he hoisted the title, but the fighting champion still refused to look away from The Viper.

What will be McIntyre?s next move on the red brand, and will he have a message for the battered Orton?

Previously announced for Raw is former NXT and North American Champion Keith Lee appearing on Raw as the newest member of WWE's red brand, as well as Aleister Black being a guest on the KO Show hosted by Kevin Owens.

Fightful will have live coverage of Raw.
