TKO Group Holdings President Mark Shapiro fielded questions from reporters during the 2026 TKO Earnings call.
With both WWE and UFC having upcoming shows in the Middle East, Shapiro stated that, as of now, TKO fully anticipates the events will proceed as planned despite the ongoing conflict in the Middle East.
“On the Middle East, while we continue to monitor the situation closely, as of today, we fully anticipate our remaining events will proceed as planned. WWE Crown Jewel returns to Riyadh this weekend, and UFC Fight Night comes to Doha on November 21st, and Riyadh in early December.”
WWE Crown Jewel is scheduled for November 7th. The venue was changed because there were attacks at the King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh.
