Masha Slamovich Pins Jacy Jayne On WWE NXT Ahead Of TNA Slammiversary

TNA Knockouts World Champion Masha Slamovich opened and closed the July 15th episode of WWE NXT. She also picked up her first victory in a WWE ring, sending a message to Jacy Jayne in the process.

Masha Slamovich interrupted Jacy Jayne in the opening segment of the July 15th episode of WWE NXT. Jayne was in the ring with Fallon Henley and Jazmyn Nyx, bragging about how she plans to beat Slamovich for the TNA Knockouts World Championship at TNA Slammiversary. Masha would confront the group known as Fatal Influence, and she wouldn’t be outnumbered for long. Sol Ruca and ZARIA would come out to the ring and even the odds for Masha, leading to a tag match later in the show.

That match would headline the July 15 episode of NXT, and Masha would actually pin Jacy Jayne. She then celebrated by holding up both the TNA Knockouts World Championship and the NXT Women’s Championship. If she defeats Jayne at Slammiversary, she will be the first contracted TNA wrestler to hold NXT gold. However, she also has prospective challenges lined up. Both Lash Legend and Jaida Parker have already said they will be waiting for whoever wins both titles.
