With the end of the fourth season of Lucha Underground, the show announced details of the season-ending event Ultima Lucha Cuatro.
On the latest episode of Lucha Underground, announcer Matt Stryker said Ultima Lucha Cuatro will start on October 31 and it will be a two-week special event. Not only that, Stryker also announced three matches for the show: The Mack vs. Mil Muertes in a Deathmatch; Dragon Azteca Jr. vs. Fenix: 2 out of 3 falls match; Marty “The Moth” Martinez vs. Pentagon Dark: Lucha Underground Championship
Later on in the show, after Killshot and Son of Havoc concluded their match in which Havoc won, Antonio Cueto also announced that the two wrestlers will have a Mask vs. Mask match at Ultima Lucha Cuatro.
Also announced at the end of the episode is an added stipulation for the Lucha Underground Championship match between Martinez and Pentagon. After Martinez retained the Lucha Underground title against Mariposa, Martinez challenged Pentagon, who has held the Lucha Underground title for the majority of the season, to a "Cero Miedo" match for the title and Pentagon accepted the match proposal.
