205 Live will continue to house a handful of Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic bouts.
At the end of the January 15 episode of 205 Live it was announced that the tournament will continue on the January 22 edition of the program.
Next Friday fans will see Desmond Troy & Ashante “Thee” Adonis take on Tony Nese & Ariya Daivari on 205 Live. The winning team will move on to face Undisputed ERA (Adam Cole & Roderick Strong) in the second round. Cole & Strong were victorious over Breezango (Tyler Breeze & Fandango) on Wednesday's NXT.
Also next Friday, the Women's Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic will continue. No match was announced regarding the Women's Dusty Classic. The Women's tournament will begin on the January 20 NXT when Kacy Catanzaro & Kayden Carter battle Mercedes Martinez & Toni Storm.
Shotzi Blackheart & Ember Moon and Indi Hartwell & Candice LeRae are the only two other teams announced for Women's Dusty Classic.
