Things could get even more hectic at WWE Money in the Bank.
As announced on WWE SmackDown, both the men's and women's Money in the Bank ladder matches will take place at the same time at WWE Money in the Bank. The bouts are scheduled to take place at WWE Headquarters in Stamford, CT. Competitors will battle through WWE HQ and up to the roof where a ring is set up and the briefcases hang above.
Fightful Select reported on April 18 that the matches were filmed simultaneously.
Dana Brooke, Asuka, Nia Jax, Lacey Evans, Carmella, and Shayna Baszler are scheduled to compete on the women's side in the match. For the men; King Corbin, Daniel Bryan, Aleister Black, Rey Mysterio, and Otis have qualified. Apollo Crews was scheduled to be in the match, but a "knee injury" has forced him out of the content. The final competitor will be decided on WWE Raw in a Last Chance Gauntlet match.
