Moné has praise for Toni Storm going into their marquee match.
The reigning AEW TBS Champion Mercedes Moné emerged victorious from the 2025 women's Owen Hart Foundation tournament.
It is now official that she'll be challenging 'Timeless' Toni Storm for the AEW Women's World Championship at All In Texas. At the post-Double or Nothing media scrum, Moné addressed Storm and mentioned that Storm was one reason she came to AEW.
"She might be timeless, but I’m legendary. I’m iconic and my legacy can never be undone. I mean, I’ve been looking forward to facing Toni Storm for a very long time. I’ve been watching her for years, all the way since STARDOM. She is timeless for a reason. She holds the AEW Women’s Championship for a reason. But I’m four belts Moné, I am the CEO of not only AEW, RevPro, New Japan. Soon we’ll be going to Mexico. But, I am a global champion for a reason and I want all the gold and Toni, be prepared for your greatest match of your life.
