Mistico Hopes To Return On June 5 From Knee Injury

Mistico, wearing a knee brace, gave an update on his knee injury on CMLL Informa.

He informed fans that he suffered the injury on May 17 when he teamed with Mascara Dorada & Neon to defeat Los Guerreros Laguneros (Gran Guerrero, Stuka Jr. & Ultimo Guerrero). He was examined after the match and ruled out.

He said he will have to rest another week, he is doing physical therapy twice a week, and hopes to return on June 5, but still needs to be cleared.

It was noted that he has dates scheduled with NJPW and AEW.

Mistico is one-half of the IWGP Junior Heavyweight Tag Team Champions alongside El Desperado and the reigning CMLL World Light Heavyweight Champion.
