Monty Brown was a part of TNA for several years and throughout his time in the company, he came close to winning the NWA World Heavyweight Championship and he won the first-ever 'Monsters Ball' match at 'Victory Road' in 2004 by defeating Raven and IMPACT Wrestling Hall Of Famer Abyss.

Monty Brown parted ways with TNA in 2006 and then signed with WWE later that year. He then went by the name "Marcus Cor Von" and was a member of WWE's version of ECW and after one year in the sports-entertainment company, Brown was let go from his contract and has not wrestled on record since 2007.
