Moose wasn't joking when he said he would be bringing back TNA.
The cold open for Tuesday's episode of IMPACT is a throwback of sorts with Moose hijacking the video to show highlights of himself being the greatest wrestler in TNA/IMPACT history. The video includes clips and references to past TNA stars including Jeff Jarrett, Dixie Carter, Hulk Hogan, Christopher Daniels, Bobby Roode, AJ Styles, Samoa Joe and more.
The best part?
Moose was able to secure the voice of Barry Scott for the video. You can watch the full cold open in the video above.
Scott provided the voiceover work during the early days of TNA events and pay-per-views, drawing comparisons to James Earl Jones for his tone and delivery.
With Tessa Blanchard unable to defend the IMPACT World Title due to the coronavirus pandemic, Moose brought back the TNA World Heavyweight Title at Rebellion. IMPACT has leaned in to its past and were set to run a special TNA One Night Only show during WrestleMania week before things were canceled.
No word if IMPACT will bring back the legends Bill & Doug to host the official TNA Podcast.
