Mr Anderson Says Jon Moxley Trying To Drown Darby Allin Was ‘Fu**ing Good TV’

Mr Anderson comments on Jon Moxley and Darby Allin's drowning spot.

Mr Anderson talks about the main event of AEW WrestleDream.

In the main event of AEW WrestleDream earlier this month, Darby Allin met Jon Moxley in an I Quit Match. During the bout, Moxley would bring a tank of water in the ring and repeatedly pushed Allin’s head into the tank, attempting to force him to say I Quit. This spot led to a lot of discourse on social media, including from former AEW coach Sarah Stock.

While speaking during the latest episode of the Mic Check podcast, Mr Anderson noted that he thought the spot was ‘fu**ing good TV’.

“Simulated drowning. That’s fucking good TV. I saw Sting come back and smash the (knee). I was wondering, are we doing a piranha match or something like that?”

Elsewhere in the same podcast, Anderson was asked who he would like to work with in AEW. You can read more about that here.
