MVP: I'm Going To Get Stem Cell Therapy, I Feel Like I Need A Few More Matches Before I Retire

MVP isn't ready to hang up the boots yet.

Former WWE United States Champion MVP has primarily been a manager over the past few years. He has not had a match since he competed on the July 18, 2022, episode of WWE Raw. There, he and Omos lost to The Street Profits (Montez Ford and Angelo Dawkins). This was MVP's sixth match in 2022, and he has yet to return to the ring.

MVP posted an update on Instagram, as he stated that he would be going to Mexico to get stem cell therapy because his body was banged up. He stated that he wanted to wrestle "a bit more" before he retired from in-ring competition.

MVP also said that he felt like he needed a "few more matches" before he called it a day.

As of this writing, there is no word on when MVP will return to the ring. Fightful will monitor the situation and provide more information as it becomes available.
