According to court records, Nick Hogan, the son of Hulk Hogan, is set to be arraigned for his misdemeanor DUI charge on Monday, December 18 at 9 AM.
News of Hogan's arrest first surfaced on November 18. He was arrested after refusing to submit to sobriety testing. The incident happened in Clearwater, Florida at about 4 AM. Shortly after, Hogan was released from jail on a $500 bond.
Hulk Hogan has yet to comment on his son's arrest.
