Nick Jackson Jokes That Kenny Omega Will Breach His NJPW Contract To Appear At WWE Royal Rumble

A fan tried to slide into Nick Jackson's DMs in hopes to get some inside information. And the Young Buck was more than happy to oblige.

Jackson was asked through a DM on social media whether or not Kenny Omega will be in the Royal Rumble this Sunday. Jackson replied, "He specifically told me if you randomly messaged me I should tell you. So here it is...Yes, he will be there to breach his contract and illegally wrestle for another company."

There you have it, Omega will be a surprise entrant this Sunday in the Royal Rumble. Or not.

Omega's contract with NJPW does not expire until the end of the month. Following Wrestle Kingdom 13 on Jan. 4, Omega told Tokyo Sports that he would be leaving NJPW. A recent episode of Being The Elite teased that Omega would be signing with All Elite Wrestling. However, nothing can become official until the end of the month.

Unless Omega breaches his contract and shows up at the Royal Rumble.
