New Japan Pro Wrestling has announced the cards for their next set of live events, and Kenny Omega is nowhere to be found. Before you get all excited, neither is any member of the Bullet Club. So this may be nothing. Only time will tell.
There has been rampant speculation that Omega might be jumping ship to the WWE since he sent out that cryptic Tweet about "stepping away" from New Japan. Omega tried to explain the Tweet, saying he just needed some time to consider his options. But still the rumors flew. John Cena posted photos to his Instagram seemingly teasing Omega's impending arrival in WWE, Triple H commented on how interested WWE is in signing him, Omega commented to the Japanese media that he wasn't satisfied with how Wrestle Kingdom 11 ended, and WWE posted a video name dropping Omega as a possible surprise Royal Rumble entrant, then took it down, then re-posted the video with the reference to Omega edited out. At this point, all we know is that nobody knows nothing.
One thing we do know is that Omega will not appear at the New Beginning events in Sapporo and Osaka
