Omos speaks about Logan Paul’s ability in pro wrestling, noting that he has not been a heel since his early YouTube days.
Since making his WWE in ring debut at WrestleMania 38, Paul has been a consistent part of WWE television and the companies in ring roster. Currently a member of The Vision, Paul is out of action with an injury, but has remained ever present in the factions storylines in the interim.
While speaking to Seconds Out in a new interview, Omos was asked if he was surprised by how Logan Paul has taken to professional wrestling.
“No. I mean, you know, he’s been a heel since he’s been on YouTube for years. This is like when YouTube just started. He’s been. So to see him come to WWE and carry the persona over and the reception he’s receiving, I’m not surprised.”
WWE’s resident giant was then asked about potentially working with the YouTube star, noting that ‘you never know.’
“Yeah, you never know. It’s business, man. You never know.”
Omos finished off with more praise for Paul, noting that he’s ‘doing a great job’.
“Not at all, not at all. He’s a bad guy, and he’s playing it well. I think he’s doing great. He’s doing a great job.”
Elsewhere in the same interview, Omos noted that he calls Undertaker ‘AAA’s Michelin star chef.’ You can read more about that here.
