- Heath Slater made his SmackDown 2020 in-ring debut when he took on Daniel Bryan, having his first match for the blue brand since all the way back in 2017.
- That's not the only televised return we saw tonight as Apollo Crews had his first SmackDown TV match since last September. But like Slater, Crews was not victorious in his match, this time against Sheamus.
- With Valentine's Day fast approaching, Tucker helped Otis prepare for his date with Mandy Rose thanks to a good old fashion training montage.
- The rivalry between Roman Reigns and King Corbin isn't over as it was announced on SmackDown tonight that they will meet in a steel cage match at Super ShowDown.
- New Day and The Usos crash The Miz & Morrison?s ?The Dirt Sheet? reunion
- In other Super ShowDown news, Goldberg is facing WWE Champion "The Fiend" Bray Wyatt at the show.
- Sheamus, Sami Zayn and The Revival ambush newly-crowned Intercontinental Champion Braun Strowman.
- In the main event of tonight's episode of SmackDown, Carmella won a fatal four-way match against Naomi, Dana Brooke and Alexa Bliss to earn a future SmackDown Women's Championship match against Bayley.
