Top female superstars battle next week.
On today's episode of NXT UK it was announced that former NXT UK Women's Champion Rhea Ripley will do battle with Piper Niven on the July 3 episode of NXT UK.

Both ladies took part in the NXT UK Women's #1 Contender Battle Royal on last week's episode. They made it to the final four before being dumped by Xia Brookside. Kay Lee Ray would end up winning the battle royal and being crowned the new number one contender for Toni Storm's NXT UK Women's Championship.
Ripley defeated Kacy Catanzaro on the Apr. 14 episode of NXT UK, marking her last singles victory on the brand. Niven is undefeated in NXT UK with victories over Jamie Hayter and Reina Gonzalez. The winner of next week's showdown between Ripley and Niven will put that superstar one step closer to a title shot.
