- Mia Yim has been announced as the fourth and final member of Team Rhea Ripley for NXT TakeOver: WarGames III
- Finn Balor made his presence known in the main event of NXT, coming to the aid of The O.C. in their six-man tag team match against Tommaso Ciampa, Matt Riddle and Keith Lee.
- A second WarGames match was added to TakeOver.
