Pro Wrestling NOAH Announces Neo Green Boys Recruitment Program & Tournament

The Neo Green Boys.

Pro Wrestling NOAH announced the Neo Green Boys recruitment program and league. The recruitment program is to bring in aspiring wrestlers, and it will be streamed on NOAH’s YouTube channel and other platforms.

Below is a quote from Akihiro Takeda, who is the Director of NOAH’s parent company, CyberFight:

“Through this audition program, I hope to encourage a wider range of people with diverse personalities to aspire to become professional wrestlers for various reasons. We want to create a situation where wrestlers are already well-known through this program by the time of their debut match. Starting with this event, we would like to create a new recruitment method, separate from general applications and scouted applicants, where they can proceed to an entrance test after going through this audition.”

The first streaming date has not been announced. They are looking for men and women aged 16 to 25 who are in good mental and physical shape. Wrestlers who are affiliated with other organizations will be excluded from consideration. The application period ends November 30th.

The judges for the program will be Keiji Muto (Great Muta), Naomichi Marufuji, and Kenoh (tentative judge).

The final judging will take place in March 2027. Those who make it past the final selection stage will train at the NOAH Dojo. NOAH noted that this does not guarantee their pro in-ring debut.

With that, there is the Neo Green Boys League competition for current NOAH rookie wrestlers. The final match is scheduled for NOAH The New Year 2027 on January 1st at Korakuen Hall. The winner will head overseas.
