Q From Impractical Jokers Says He Has An Offer To Begin His Wrestling Career

Impractical Jokers has become the top hidden camera prank show, thriving on TruTV through nine seasons.

TruTV is under the Turner umbrella and has broadcast NCAA Tournament games alongside TNT and TBS. Q and Sal from the show have been guests of The Acclaimed (Max Caster & Anthony Bowens) at a stage show during AEW Double or Nothing weekend.

Speaking on Tell Em Steve Dave, Q (Brian Quinn) revealed that he's had further talks with a wrestling company.

"I have a choice in front of me. I got an offer to begin a wrestling career, pro wrestling. As a wrestler. It would only be for a one-time, gimmick, storyline, but I have to go down to Atlanta to train. (I'd train for) 10 to 15 days. It can be done in groups. Why would I not? I'm at a crossroads because I'm like, 'what do I do?' Is this a thing where I get in there and I break spine? I doubt there's a handsome payment in it," he said.

Q did not specify that the company was AEW, but said it was one of the top companies.

When asked what the role would entail, he replied, "I was told that, it's something similar to what Shaq did, he went through a table. It's not a heavy lift, but you want to have fun with it. I think I have to do it. It's more of a time thing than anything, just finding the time."

Shaq competed in AEW in March 2021, teaming with Jade Cargill against Cody Rhodes & Red Velvet.

Q said he would like to get the other Impractical Jokers involved, but isn't sure they would do it.

"They asked me, but I told them, 'it has to be extended to everybody.' I don't think they would do it," he said.

Q's co-hosts said he has to do it, otherwise he would regret it.

It is unknown if Q or other members from Impractical Jokers will appear on AEW TV beyond crowd shots.
