Rachael Evers Part Of Recent WWE Releases, Posts Comeback Video

Add Rachael Evers (Rachael Ellering) to the list of recent releases made by WWE.

Evers posted a semi-cryptic video on social media on Wednesday night where she hinted at a return to the Independent scene. The video uses Charlie Chaplin's final speech from The Great Dictator and Shinedown's "Cut The Cord" while showing highlights and lowlights of her NXT run and previous Independent run.

It closes with "Rachael Ellering: Don't Call It A Comeback."

Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer confirmed that Evers had been released by WWE.

Evers will be going by her real name Rachael Ellering once again on the Independent scene. She is the daughter of Paul Ellering, who managed The Road Warriors and AOP.

Evers mainly wrestled at NXT live events after competing in the 2018 Mae Young Classic. She had not competed since July 2019 due to an ACL tear.
