Raw Viewership Down Slightly From Last Week

Raw was only slightly down from last week.

According to Showbuzz Daily, Raw averaged a 2.83 rating, only marginally down from last week?s 2.85. In an interesting pattern, the show did increase marginally in the second hour, only to go significantly down in the third hour. The first hour started off lower than the first hour from last week, with the other two ratings scoring around the same numbers:

In terms of he 18-49 demographic, WWE scored 0.98/0.95/0.91 compared to last week?s 098/0.98/0.87, so they were slightly higher up in that area.

Ratings:

Hour 1: 2,935 million viewers

Hour 2: 2,959 million viewers

Hour 3: 2,630 million viewers

The usual culprits of the NFL, Love and Hip Hop and Sportscenter were the top rated shows for the evening on cable. WWE scored the fourth, fifth and sixth spots for the night.

The show continued build towards Survivor Series, with The Bar regaining the Raw tag team championships from Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose after The New Day came out and started to get involved. Raw General Manager Kurt Angle came out with the Raw roster to settle things, but in all the chaos Sheamus hit Seth Rollins with the brogue kick and pinned him to win the titles.
