Raw Viewership Number In The Dumpster For 4/24, Good For Second-Worst Of 2017

Last night's episode of Monday Night Raw, which featured an advertised "Dumpster Match" between Braun Strowman and Kalisto as well as a main event of Chris Jericho & Dean Ambrose vs. The Miz and a "mystery partner", drew just 3.007 million viewers, according to ShowBuzz Daily. This is down over 10% from the 3.346 million viewers that watched last week's episode, and is the second worst viewership number for all of 2017.

For last night's episode, the first hour drew 2.999 million viewers, the second hour was slightly up at 3.141 million viewers and the final hour dropped back down to 2.881 million viewers.

RAW did manage to rank #4 on cable for the night in viewership, behind two NBA Playoff games on TNT and Tucker Carlson on FOX News. RAW was also #4 in the 18-49 demographic, behind Love & Hip-Hop on VH1 and the NBA games.

As noted, this was the second worst viewership number for RAW for the year, and the worst since the January 9th episode, which drew 2.907 million viewers. That episode had stiff competition, however, in the form of the NCAA College Football title game.
