Referee Katie Reynolds Joining WWE NXT
Katie Reynolds is headed to WWE NXT.
Head NXT official Adrian Butler announced that referee Katie Reynolds (Alice Lane) will be debuting at NXT live event over the weekend.
Reynolds previously reffed for Ohio Valley Wrestling and TNA Wrestling. She earned praise from Steve Maclin for how she handled the main event of TNA Rebellion, where Maclin had his bell rung early in the match by a superkick. Reynolds checked on Maclin and put an end to the match, protecting the wrestler.
She was presented with the TNA All-Star Award for her action.
“This weekend’s WWE NXT Live Events in Ft. Pierce and Citrus Springs will see the debut of our new referee! Welcome to the team, Katie!” wrote Butler.
