The 2025 Champion Carnival has concluded.
All Japan Pro Wrestling wrapped up its 2025 Champion Carnival tournament on May 18th and the semifinal matches and final match took place on the card.
Kento Miyahara bested Ryuki Honda and then Rei Saito scored a win over Hideki Suzuki via knockout in just over a minute.
Saito and Miyahara clashed in the main event for 24 minutes and it was Saito emerging victorious. With the tournament win, he is now set to challenge his twin brother Jun Saito for the Triple Crown Heavyweight Championship.
Jun has been in possession of the Triple Crown since December 2024. As a duo, the Saito Brothers are two-time AJPW World Tag Team Champions.
