Report: Batista To Star In Zack Snyder's Netflix Film ‘Army Of The Dead'

Batista is continuously making plays outside of the ring.

"The Animal" and former 4-time World Heavyweight Champion Dave Bautista is set to make his in-ring return to WWE tomorrow at WrestleMania 35 in a No Holds Barred match against his former 'Evolution' stable-mate and soon-to-be WWE Hall Of Famer Triple H. In the midst of that going on, 'Deadline' is reporting that Batista has recently closed a deal to star in 'Army Of The Dead' which will be a zombie-based Netflix movie directed by Zack Snyder.

The site notes that the synopsis for the film is a zombie outbreak in Las Vegas and a man decides to gather the team to venture off into the danger zone to attempt to pull off a heist.

WrestleMania 35 will be Batista's first match since the 2014 Payback pay-per-view where he, Triple H and Randy Orton took on The Shield.

While mentioning The Shield, Seth Rollins, Roman Reigns and Dean Ambrose all have different paths heading into WrestleMania as Seth is challenging Brock Lesnar for the Universal Championship, Roman Reigns is mixing it up with Drew McIntyre at WrestleMania and Dean Ambrose is departing from the sports-entertainment company after Sunday after choosing not to re-sign his contract.
