Carlito later confirmed this on social media, revealing that he has two weeks left on his deal and joked that the company wanted him to pay them back because he's been "stealing" money from them.

Carlito is currently part of Judgment Day and regularly appears on WWE Raw in segments with fellow Judgment Day members Finn Balor, Dominik Mysterio, JD McDonagh, Liv Morgan, and Raquel Rodriguez.

Carlito returned in October 2023 as a member of the LWO. He originally signed in 2003 but was released in 2010. He wrestled for various independent promotions during his time away from WWE. Before making his full-time return, Carlito made one-off appearances in the men's Royal Rumble match in 2021 and during the street fight between Bad Bunny and Damian Priest at WWE Backlash 2023.

On Saturday, Carlito won the Puerto Rican Championship in WWC.
