REPORT: CM Punk Films Role For ABC Series ‘RJ Decker’
Another acting role for CM Punk.
Mike Johnson of PWInsider reported that Undisputed WWE Champion CM Punk filmed a role for the new season of the ABC series ‘R.J. Decker.’
He filmed in Florida. Below is the synopsis for the show:
“R.J. Decker is a disgraced newspaper photographer and ex-con who starts over as a private investigator in the colorful-if-crime-filled world of South Florida. The series follows him tackling cases that range from slightly odd to outright bizarre with the help of his journalist ex, her police detective wife and a shadowy new benefactor — a woman from his past who could be his greatest ally — or his one-way ticket back to prison.”
Season two of R.J. Decker premieres on September 15th at 10 PM EST.
On the September 11th Friday Night SmackDown in Mexico City, Punk will defend the Undisputed WWE Championship against Sami Zayn.
