Report: Former PWA Heavyweight Champion Jonah Rock Expected To Start With WWE In January

Another reported signing for WWE.

Over the past few weeks multiple stars from the independent wrestling scene have been signed to exclusive contracts. The likes of former WWF Tag Team Champion PCO recently signed with Ring Of Honor and following suit was former AAW Heavyweight Champion Brody King who has also reportedly inked a deal with ROH

It was reported on November 26th that WWE signed the Austrian big man WALTER to a NXT U.K. contract. The signings are coming in heavy and with WWE introducing their new Performance Center class in January, more signings are the on the way. That last sentence remains solid as Dave Meltzer of F4WOnline is reporting that the Australia-based Jonah Rock is expected to start with WWE in January.

Jonah Rock also showcases his in-ring skills in the Southern California wrestling scene for Pro Wrestling Guerrilla and last competed for the promotion in the Battle Of Los Angeles tournament. Other than those BOLA dates, all of Jonah Rock's matches dating back to September 28th have been in his home-country of Australia.
