In The Booking Decision Heard Round The World, Goldberg defeated Brock Lesnar in a minute and a half at Survivor Series on Sunday Night, causing an uproar among wrestling fans everywhere.
But there might be a reason for such a shocking decision.
According to Pro Wrestling Sheet, Goldberg has signed a deal to appear at the Royal Rumble in January in San Antonio, Texas. It appears that he will be competing in the Royal Rumble match itself, though that could always change.
There is no word on whether a Wrestlemania match is in the works, but it's safe to assume that Brock Lesnar is going to want to get his revenge at some point.
It would be the second time that Goldberg has competed in Royal Rumble. The last time was in 2004, where he entered in the coveted Number 30 spot, only to be eliminated by Kurt Angle.
