There are a ton of "unique" wrestling gimmicks out there and some draw attention more than others whether it'd be positive or negative. There is one gimmick out there on the independent wrestling scene which has garnered the attention of news outlets because the man portraying the character is now under investigation.
According to 'The Blast', 36-year old Kevin Bean who is a grade school teacher and teaches 5th and 6th grade students at a local elementary school in Pennsylvania is under investigation. When he is not an educator he wrestles for the 'World Wide Wrestling Alliance' promotion in Pennsylvania as "Blitzkrieg The German Juggernaut".
Bean can be seen in the video above making his way to the ring doing the Nazi salute and waving around the Iron Cross flag. School officials where Bean works gave a statement to 'The Blast' and they noted that they were unaware of his other activities and they have since decided to conduct an investigation of the situation at hand. Kevin Bean has been using the gimmick for over ten years but recently made the rounds on social media thus leading to the investigation.
?Spring-Ford Area School District was made aware of a video featuring an employee, outside of the school setting, participating in an amateur wrestling event. Once administrators were made aware of the video they acted immediately to conduct an internal investigation. The actions portrayed in this video do not represent the core values of the school district. As an educational organization, we pride ourselves in providing a safe and nurturing learning environment.?
The site also spoke with the owner of the 'World Wide Wrestling Alliance' Dino Sanna who stated that Kevin Bean is a good person and not hateful. Sanna claimed that some of the children who were cheering Bean on in videos were children that attend the school he teaches at.
