Report: Ilja Dragunov Exiting WWE

Ilja Dragunov is leaving WWE.

According to Mike Johnson at PWInsider, Dragunov is exiting WWE and his contract has expired. He has been moved to the alumni section of the WWE website, which typically indicates that a wrestler has left the company.

Ilja Dragunov hasn’t wrestled since competing in the Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal on the April 17 episode of WWE SmackDown.

He joined the promotion in 2019 as part of NXT UK. He is a former NXT UK Champion, NXT Champion, and WWE United States Champion.

He was part of the SmackDown brand, holding the US Title and defending it in open challenges during the final months of 2025.
