Jimmy Uso is at WWE SmackDown.
According to Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer, Jimmy Uso is backstage at WWE SmackDown.
It is unknown if he'll appear on the show.
Jimmy was arrested for DUI on Monday after being pulled over in Pensacola, FL for going 50 MPH in a 35.
Cops allegedly smelled alcohol on Uso and he was allegedly swaying as he exited his vehicle. Cops claim Uso told them he had consumed "multiple" beers before driving. The documents say Uso blew a .202 and .205 in the BAC breath tests. The legal limit in Florida is .08.
Uso was booked on a misdemeanor DUI charge and cited for speeding and running a red light. He was released on $500 bond at 9 a.m. on Tuesday morning.
WWE has yet to release a statement regarding Uso's action. In the past, they've noted that wrestlers are responsible for their own actions.
Fightful reached out to WWE for comment on Uso's arrest, but they did not respond.
