According to Cassidy Haynes of Bodyslam.net, Fenix is dealing with a groin injury. The initial prognosis was that he would miss 6 to 8 weeks, which, if all goes according to plan, would see him return roughly a month from now.

Fenix hasn't wrestled since the April 26 (taped on April 21) episode of AEW Dark: Elevation when he defeated Chuckie T. He was also forced to miss out on Double or Nothing. His Death Triangle teammates, PAC and Penta El Zero Miedo competed against The Young Bucks on the June 4 edition of Dynamite but lost after Brandon Cutler interfered in the match. They will team up with Eddie Kingston next week to take on The Jackson brothers and Cutler in a 6-Man Tag.
