Report: Riddle's Contract Expires In August 2021

Details on Riddle's reported contract status with WWE.

According to Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer, Riddle's contract with WWE expires in August 2021 and WWE is working on a new deal with the Raw superstar.

Meltzer goes on to report "it's said he’s pretty much" agreed to a three-year deal at $400,000 per year guaranteed plus $50,000 for every show in Saudi Arabia, though those details haven't been confirmed.

WWE has not confirmed or announced any details or extension regarding Riddle's contract status.

Riddle was signed by WWE in August 2018, appearing in the crowd at NXT TakeOver: Brooklyn IV. He made his television debut on the October 31 episode of NXT when he defeated Luke Menzies. He was called up to the main roster in May 2020 when Kurt Angle announced he was coming to SmackDown.

Riddle is currently part of the Raw brand where he is teaming with Jeff Hardy and feuding with Bobby Lashley and The Hurt Business.
