Ronda Rousey's impregnation vacation is real.
According to ESPN's Ramona Shelburne, Ronda Rousey will be taking time off from WWE in order to start a family with husband Travis Browne. Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer reported in January that there was "a very good chance" Rousey would finish up with WWE after WrestleMania to focus on starting a family.
Rousey's contract with WWE runs through April 10, 2021.
Following the January report, Rousey told ESPN, "I honestly don't know why [anyone] feels like [they're] an authority to speak on the plans for my uterus. If I responded every single time the world speculated what I was doing with my womb I would not have a free moment in the day. I really don't feel like I should have to respond to that kind of thing. It's my vagina, my life, keep the speculations to yourself. Leave me and my reproductive organs alone."
On Monday, the former Raw Women's Champion took to social media to post a photo of herself with Browne with the caption "#impregnationvacation"
Rousey last appeared on WWE television at WrestleMania 35, losing to Becky Lynch in a triple threat match that also featured Charlotte Flair. She suffered a broken hand in the bout and is set for surgery.
