Report: Season 2 Of Viceland's Dark Side Of The Ring Targeted To Premiere In Late March

Dark Side of the Ring season two will reportedly premiere in late March.

Mike Johnson at PWInsider reports that the Viceland docuseries is being targeted to premiere on the network just before WrestleMania 36, though no official premiere date was given.

Johnson goes on to report that the current plan is for season two to run for ten episodes with nine topics covered. One topic, likely the Chris Benoit tragedy according to Johnson, will be a two-part episode. Along with the Chris Benoit tragedy, the Brawl For All, Owen Hart, Herb Abrams, New Jack, and Dino Bravo are all scheduled to be topics for season two of the series. As previously reported, Martha Hart will be part of the Owen Hart episode.

The first season of Dark Side of The Ring featured episodes covering the murder of Bruiser Brody, the Von Erich family tragedy, The Montreal Screwjob with Bret Hart and Shawn Michaels, The Fabulous Moolah, Randy Savage and Elizabeth, and Gino Hernandez. The series premiere in April 2019. Viceland renewed the series for a second season in July 2019.
