Report: WWE 'Days Away' From Announcing A 2024 Stadium Show In Australia's Optus Stadium

A new report suggests WWE is days away from announcing a 2024 stadium show in Perth, Australia.

According to a West Australian Sunday Times news report, WWE is expected to announce a massive stadium show coming to Optus Stadium in Perth, Australia. The show would be taking place before the start of the AFL season in March, which puts this prospective show on the Road to WrestleMania 40.

"The Sunday Times understands the Cook Government and the professional wrestling promotion company are just days away from announcing a WWE show at Optus Stadium early in 2024," the report noted.

The stadium can hold a maximum of 70,000 people if set up for a concert and just over 60,000 for other events.
