Report: WWE Has Been In Contact With Hulk Hogan

WWE has a role in mind for Hulk Hogan.

It has been since 2015 that Hulk Hogan was on WWE television. His contract was terminated then because of some racial comments he made and the use of a racial slur on a recording related to his sex tape being leaked. Since then he has not been shown or mentioned on WWE programming but was featured in vignettes for Hillbilly Jim's Hall of Fame induction.

This sudden appearance of Hogan raised questions about his relationship with the company. According to PWInsider, WWE said Hogan has been considered for a behind the scenes role.

The statement from WWE was the following:

“We have had discussions with Terry Bollea (aka Hulk Hogan) about how he can help others learn from his mistakes, however, he is not under any contract with WWE."

Hillbilly Jim has gone on record saying he would like Hogan to induct him into the WWE Hall of Fame on April 6th. At one point, Hillbilly Jim was in a storyline where Hogan was training him.
