Report: WWE Taping Episodes Of Raw And SmackDown Over The Next Week Leading Into WrestleMania

WWE is planning on taping upcoming episodes of Raw and SmackDown as the company heads towards WrestleMania.

John Pollock at POST Wrestling reports that, as of Thursday, WWE plans to tape the remaining episodes of Raw and SmackDown before WrestleMania. One source indicated to Pollock that WrestleMania is expected to be taped as well, but another source was unsure if that would be the case.

The taping schedule over the next week would include the Mar. 23 and Mar. 30 episodes of Raw and Mar. 27 and Apr. 3 episodes of SmackDown.

The Mar. 20 episode of SmackDown, which will feature an appearance by Rob Gronkowski and the contract signing between Roman Reigns and Goldberg, appears as if it will be live.

Pollock also confirmed the report by Ryan Satin of Pro Wrestling Sheet that both the men's and women's battle royals won't take place at WrestleMania.

On Wednesday, WWE announced that WrestleMania 36 would feature two nights of action, beginning on Saturday, Apr. 4 and concluding on Sunday, Apr. 5. Matches will take place across multiple locations, including the WWE Performance Center.

Fightful will have live coverage of both nights of WrestleMania 36.
