AEW Collision (7/22/2023) Results: House of Black vs The Acclaimed, Bullet Club Gold & More Compete.

On July 22, 2023, All Elite Wrestling hosted a new episode of AEW Collision on TNT. The show was headlined by The House of Black defending their AEW Trios Titles against The Acclaimed.

Elsewhere on the card, Bullet Club Gold faced off against Action Andretti & Darius Martin, Taya Valkyrie went one-on-one against Skye Blue, we heard from AEW Tag Team Champions FTR, and much more. Full results & highlights are listed below and will be updated as the show happens.

AEW Collision (722/2023).

  • - The Winner of the Men's Owen Hart Foundation Tournament, Ricky Starks, came to the ring for an interview with Tony Schiavone. Starks bragged about winning the tournament before he was interrupted by CM Punk. Punk said he was not mad at all at the way Starks won before stating that he was proud of Starks, but did tell Starks if he was willing to live with the fact that he cannot beat CM Punk without cheating. Starks ran down on CM Punk for bringing an empty bag, but CM Punk came back to the ring and called himself the real World Champion, unlike MJF. Christian Cage & TNT Champion Luchasaurus interrupted them and said that they were the real faces of TNT, but they were interrupted by Darby Allin. Allin confronted Starks before he verbally ran down on Cage & Luchasaurus, promising to put some respect back on the TNT title. Schiavone revealed that CM Punk & Darby Allin would team up against Ricky Starks & Christian Cage later in the night.
  • There was a vignette of Andrade El Idolo being escorted out of the arena to stop him from interfering in the AEW Trios Championship Match later in the night.
  • Bullet Club Gold (Juice Robinson & Jay White) (w/ Austin Gunn & Colten Gunn) def. Darius Martin & Action Andretti.
  • There was a video recap of Willow Nightigale's performances on ROH Death Before Dishonor & from the Women's Owen Hart Foundation Tournament Finals.
  • Miro def. Nick Comoroto.
  • There was a video recap of the career of FTR (Dax Hardwood & Cash Wheeler) ahead their title defense of the AEW Tag Team Championships against Adam Cole & MJF next week.
  • AEW Trios Championship Match: House of Black (Buddy Matthews, Brody King & Malakai Black) (c) (w/ Julia Hart) def. The Acclaimed (Max Caster, Anthony Bowens & Billy Gunn).
    • After the match, Billy Gunn left his boots in the ring, teasing a retirement.
  • There was a video recap of Darby Allin winning the Royal Rampage fro the 7/21/2023 edition of AEW Rampage.
  • Tony Schiavone interviewed the AEW Tag Team Champions FTR (Dax Hardwood & Cash Wheeler) ahead of their match next week against Adam Cole & MJF next week. Wheeler told Cole to not trust MJF in any capacity. Hardwood then proceeded to run down MJF & Cole for doing comedy skits to promote their tag run, saying that they were treating the titles as a joke. Hardwood promised to give an ass-whooping to MJF next week.
  • There was a video recap of the Blood & Guts match between the Golden Elite & The Blackpool Combat Club from the 7/19/2023 edition of AEW Dynamite.
  • Taya Valkyrie def. Skye Blue.
    • After the match, Taya called out Dr. Britt Baker DMD for facing "an extra" on the 7/19/2023 edition of AEW Dynamite. Taya challenged Baker to a match for next week's Dynamite.
  • CM Punk & Darby Allin vs. Ricky Starks & Christian Cage (w/ Luchasaurus).
