NXT Level Up Results (5/10): Wendy Choo Returns

Dark Order (Evil Uno & Stu Grayson) vs. Fuego Del Sol & Rembrandt Lewis

The match begins with Del Sol dropping Grayson with a head scissors takedown followed by a few arm drags, Lewis tags in and he nails Grayson with a drop kick and knee strike. Grayson gets angry and he nails Lewis with a uranage, Uno tags in and he double teams Lewis alongside Grayson. Uno corners Lewis before landing a few strikes, Grayson tags back in and he double teams a cornered Lewis alongside Uno. Uno tags in and Lewis cracks him with a few strikes, Uno recovers and he nails Lewis with a back suplex followed by a leg drop. Uno keeps Lewis down while landing some strikes, Grayson tags in and he hits an elevated Lewis with a top rope elbow drop for a near fall. Grayson allows Del Sol to tag in and Grayson nails him with a knee strike, Grayson follows up by nailing Del Sol with a back breaker. Uno tags in and he nails Del Sol with a pump handle flat liner for a three count.

Ricky Starks vs. Christopher Daniels

The match begins with Starks backing Daniels into the corner before landing a few strikes, Starks follows up with a clothesline on Daniels. Starks gets Daniels in the corner again and Daniels escapes to land a few strikes, Daniels gets Starks down after landing an arm drag. Starks gets free and he immediately gets Daniels in a head scissors, Daniels gets free and Starks works over his arm. Daniels gets up and he drops a charging Starks with an arm drag, Daniels keeps Starks down while working over his arm. Starks gets free and he eats a slam after Daniels avoids a cross body block, Daniels then hits Starks with a split legged moonsault for a near fall. Daniels corners Starks and Starks rakes his eyes as he climbs the ropes, Starks attacks Daniels as Daniels gets off the ropes and he knocks him out of thee ring. Starks leaves the ring to attack Daniels before getting him back in the ring, Daniels fights back and a striking exchange breaks out with Starks. Starks ends the exchange by landing a swinging neck breaker on Daniels for a near fall, Daniels avoids an elbow drop from Starks before landing a t-bone suplex.

Daniels then drops Starks a few more times before landing an STO, Daniels follows up with a blue thunder bomb on Starks for a near fall. Daniels goes for Angel’s Wings and Starks blocks it before landing a short arm clothesline, Daniels recovers and he exchanges some roll ups with Starks. Daniels and Starks get up before dropping each other with a double clothesline, Daniels misses a charge in the corner and Starks nails him with a spear for a three count.

Winner: Ricky Starks

The Butcher & The Blade w/Eddie Kingston vs. Puf & Calvin Stewart

The match begins with Butcher and Blade attacking their opponents before the bell sounds, Butcher and Blade quickly sends Puf out of the ring. Butcher and Blade double team Stewart in the ring, Blade stays in the ring and he nails Stewart with a clothesline. Butcher tags in and he attacks Stewart with some strikes, Butcher corners Stewart before landing more strikes. Blade tags in and he chokes Stewart on the middle rope before sending him out of the ring, Kingston helps Butcher attack Stewart on the arena floor before sending him back in the ring. Butcher tags in and he attacks Stewart with strikes to the back, Blade tags in and Stewart nails him with a drop kick. Puf tags in and he lands a few strikes on Blade, Butcher makes the blind tag as Puf drops Blade with a Samoan drop. Butcher goes to the middle rope and he drops Puf with a cross body block, Stewart tags in and he gets hit with Full Death by the opposition for a three count.

Will Hobbs vs. Serpentico w/Luther

The match begins with Luther distraction Hobbs so Serpentico can attack him from behind, Hobbs recovers and he tosses Serpentico out of the ring. Hobbs leaves the ring and he sends Serpentico into the barricade, Hobbs gets Serpentico back in the ring and Serpentico goes to the ring apron. Hobbs gets Serpentico back in the ring before landing a delayed vertical suplex, Hobbs follows up with a suplex on Serpentico. Hobbs picks Serpentico up off the mat and he slams him back down, Serpentico fights back and he nails Hobbs with a super kick. Hobbs misses a charge in the corner and Serpentico nails him with an enziguri, Serpentico knocks Hobbs out of the ring with a boot to the face. Serpentico distracts the ref so Luther can attack Hobbs and send him into the ring post, Serpentico gets Hobbs back in the ring and he lands a slingshot double stomp for a near fall. Serpentico follows up with another double stomp on Hobbs for a near fall, Hobbs gets up and he shoves a leaping Serpentico away, Serpentico goes to the top rope and Hobbs catches him as he leaps off. Luther distracts Hobbs and Hobbs attacks him, Hobbs then hits Serpentico with a spine buster for a three count.

Winner: Will Hobbs

The Lucha Bros (Penta El Zero M & Rey Fenix) w/Eddie Kingston vs. Dontae Smiley & Maxx Stardom

The match begins with Stardom rolling up Fenix for a near fall, Fenix rolls through and he gets Stardom in a modified camel clutch. Fenix releases the hold and he gets Stardom in a rope assisted arm bar, Zero M tags in and he double teams Stardom with Fenix. Zero M then nails a charging Stardom with a super kick, Zero M traps Stardom in the ropes while landing a few strikes. Fenix tags in and he helps Zero M land a double stomp on Stardom, Fenix holds Stardom down while applying a chin lock to him. Zero M tags in and he kicks the exposed leg of Stardom, Zero M holds Stardom down while pulling back on both arms. Fenix tags in and he cracks Stardom with a few strikes, Zero M tags in and Stardom fights back against both opponents. Smiley tags in and he cleans house against the opposing team, Smiley nails Fenix with a package suplex. Stardom tags back in and he double teams Zero M with Smiley, Smiley then hits Fenix with a suicide dive. Stardom goes to the top rope and Zero M gets his feet up as Stardom leaps off, Zero M nails Stardom with a half nelson driver for a near fall. Fenix and Zero M nail Stardom with a double pile driver for a three count.

Dark Order (5 & 10) vs. Xander Gold & Ryzin

The match begins with Gold working over the arm of 5, 5 gets free and he does some damage to the arm of Gold. 5 attacks Gold with some leg kicks before applying a head lock to him, Gold gets free and he briefly gets 5 in a headlock. 5 recovers and he drops Gold with a clothesline, 10 tags in and he double teams Gold alongside 5 for a near fall. Ryzin tags in and he nails 10 with a leg lariat, 10 recovers and he sends Ryzin into the corner before landing a clothesline for a near fall. 5 tags in and he nails a cornered Ryzin with some strikes, 10 tags back in and he double teams Ryzin with 5. 10 then hits Ryzin with a rip chord cutter for a near fall, Ryzin fights back and he nails 10 with a neck breaker. Ryzin goes for a middle rope moonsault and 10 gets out of the way, 5 tags in and Ryzin makes one to Gold a short time later. Gold starts cleaning house against the opposing team, Gold hits 5 with a drop kick and northern lights suplex for a near fall. Gold gets 5 on the top rope and he follows him up there, 10 tags in as Gold is knocked off the ropes and 10 lands a spine buster for a near fall. Ryzin interferes and Dark Order takes him out, 5 and 10 hit Gold with a double stomp power slam for a three count.

Winners: Dark Order (5 & 10)

Joey Janela & Sonny Kiss vs. Daniel Garcia & Kevin Blackwood

The match begins with Janela looking for a drop toe hold on Garcia and Garcia avoids it to work over his arm, Janela gets Garcia in a kravat and Garcia gets to the ropes. Garcia then cracks Janela with some strikes before dropping him with an arm drag, Janela recovers and he nails Garcia with a back elbow strike. Kiss tags in and he double teams Garcia alongside Janela, Kiss nails Garcia with an atomic drop followed by a snap mare. Blackwood tags in and Kiss rolls him up before landing a huracanrana, Kiss drops Blackwood again after landing a head scissors takedown. Garcia makes a blind tag and he nails Kiss with a clothesline for a near fall, Blackwood tags in and he double teams Kiss with Garcia. Blackwood holds Kiss down while applying a kravat to him, Garcia tags in and he works over a downed Kiss. Garcia drops Kiss before applying a bow & arrow stretch to him, Blackwood tags in and he nails Kiss with a series of kicks for a near fall. Kiss fights back and he nails Blackwood with an enziguri, Garcia tags in and Janela gets a tag a short time later.

Janela quickly starts cleaning house against the opposing team, Janela nails Garcia with a super kick before knocking both opponents out of the ring. Janela then takes his opponents out with a dive from the top rope, Janela gets Garcia in the ring before landing a brain buster for a near fall. Kiss tags in after Janela lands a DDT on Garcia, Kiss hits Garcia with a top rope split leg drop for a three count.

Winners: Joey Janela & Sonny Kiss

Billy & Austin Gunn w/Colton Gunn vs. M’Badu & Cruz

The match begins with Billy getting M’Badu in a headlock, M’Badu gets free and Billy drops him with a shoulder tackle. M’Badu looks for a hip toss and Billy counters with a roll up, M’Badu recovers and he nails Billy with a few strikes. Billy fights back and he nails M’Badu with a clothesline for a near fall, Austin tags in and he double teams M’Badu with Billy. Cruz tags in and Austin nails him with a low drop kick for a near fall, Cruz corners Austin before landing a few strikes. Austin tries fighting back and Criz nails him with a clothesline, Cruz then nails a downed Austin with an elbow drop. M’Badu tags in and he cracks Austin with a few strikes, Austin fights back and M’Badu nails him with a power slam for a near fall. M’Badu corners Austin while landing a few more strikes, M’Badu misses an avalanche and Billy gets tagged into the match at the same time Cruz does. Billy quickly starts cleaning house against the opposing team, Billy nails Cruz with a fame asser for a three count.

Serena Deeb vs. KiLynn King

The match begins with King dragging Deeb to the ground and Deeb does the same to her, King attacks the arm of Deeb. Deeb drags King back to the ground while working over her arm, Deeb gets King in a submission hold for a short time. King recovers and she drops Deeb before pulling back on her arm, Deeb gets free and she nails King with an arm drag before wrenching away on her arm. King gets free and she drops Deeb onto the ropes and into the corner, King then lands a double knee strike on a cornered Deeb for a near fall. King holds Deeb down while applying a chin lock to her, Deeb gets free and she hits King with a cross armed neck breaker. Deeb follows up by landing a bunch of strikes and a knee lift on King, Deeb drops King a few more times before applying a rope assisted neck breaker to her. Deeb catches King in a roll up for a near fall, King fights back and she cracks Deeb with a few kicks to the head. Deeb recovers and she hits King with the stroke, Deeb gets King in the Serenity Lock and a tap out follows.

Winner: Serena Deeb

Ben Carter vs. Lee Johnson

The match begins with some chain wrestling between Johnson and Carter, Carter starts focusing his attack on the arm of Johnson. Johnson gets free and he does some damage to the arm of Carter, Johnson gets Carter in a headlock and Carter gets free before avoiding a drop kick from Johnson. Johnson recovers and he nails Carter on a second drop kick attempt, Johnson nails a cornered Carter with a back elbow strike. Carter recovers and he nails Johnson with a flat liner into the turnbuckle, Carter follows Johnson around the ring while attacking him with chops and a suplex for a near fall. Carter keeps Johnson down while holding him in a chin lock, Johnson fights back and Carter gets him in an STF. Johnson eventually gets free from Carter after getting to the ropes, Carter gets Johnson on the top rope and he follows him up there. Johnson knocks Carter off the ropes and Carter still lands a drop kick on him, Carter climbs the ropes again to nail Johnson with a superplex. Johnson recovers and he exchanges pump kicks to the face with Carter, Johnson and Carter exchange strikes in the middle of the ring. Johnson escapes a reverse DDT to nail Carter with a blue thunder bomb for a near fall, Johnson gets Carter up while attacking him with strikes.

Carter recovers and he knocks Johnson to the arena floor, Carter lands on his feet during a moonsault attempt and Johnson nails him with a suicide dive. Johnson gets Carter back in the ring and Carter nails him with a suicide dive, Carter gets Johnson back in the ring and he misses a top rope phoenix splash attempt. Johnson then hits Carter with a death valley driver and head kick for some near falls, Johnson goes to the top rope and Carter meets him up there to land a Spanish fly followed by a punt for a near fall. Carter then hits Johnson with a top rope frog splash for a three count.

Eddie Kingston vs. Brian Pillman Jr.

The match begins with Kingston and Pillman Jr exchanging some headlocks, Pillman Jr then drops Kingston with a shoulder tackle. Kingston gets up and Pillman Jr wins a shoving contest with him, Pillman Jr gets Kingston in another headlock and Kingston gets free before eating a cross body block. Pillman Jr then hits Kingston with arm drags and a drop kick, Kingston leaves the ring and he eventually knocks Pillman Jr to the arena floor. Kingston sends Pillman Jr into the barricade and ringside edge, Kingston gets Pillman Jr back in the ring before landing a slam. Kingston keeps Pillman Jr down while landing multiple strikes to his back, Kingston corners Pillman Jr while landing some strikes. Kingston drops Pillman Jr again before kicking him right in the back, Kingston then drops Pillman Jr with a hard Irish whip into the corner. Pillman Jr fights back and Kingston nails him with a ton of strikes, Pillman Jr recovers and he rolls up Kingston for a near fall. Kingston recovers and he nails Pillman Jr with a Samoan drop, Kingston holds Pillman Jr down while applying a chin lock to him.

Pillman Jr gets free and Kingston nails him with a clothesline from behind, Kingston applies another chin lock to a downed Pillman Jr. Pillman Jr gets free and he cracks Kingston with a plethora of strikes, Pillman Jr then knocks Kingston out of the ring after landing a super kick. Pillman Jr follows up by nailing Kingston with a diving drop kick, Pillman Jr gets Kingston back in the ring before landing a springboard clothesline for a near fall. Kingston recovers to hit Pillman Jr with a jaw breaker followed by a head and arm suplex for a near fall, Kingston looks for a back fist and Pillman Jr kicks him in the head before landing a driver on him for a near fall. Kingston recovers to hit Pillman Jr with a knee strike and spinning back fist for a three count.
